甘丹，工学博士，博士生导师，教授，西南石油大学土木与测绘学院院长，四川省“天府峨眉计划”创新领军人才。本硕博均毕业于兰州大学，师从周绪红院士，主要从事钢-混凝土组合结构、钢结构、能源工程结构和石油与天然气工程数智建造相关的教学、科研和工程应用工作。兼任四川省住房与城乡建设厅燃气管网与房屋建筑更新重点实验室主任，中国钢结构协会钢-混凝土组合结构分会副秘书长，《Journal of Energy Infrastructure 》和《Structural Concrete》（Advisory Board Member）编委。主持四川省青年科学基金A 类项目、国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题等各类科研项目20项。发表学术论文100余篇，授权国家发明专利11件，担任编制组主要成员编制《钢管约束混凝土结构技术标准》。
