国际学生到校报到注册后，可自行选择办理中国移动、中国联通和中国电信的电话卡。

Once registered at school, overseas student can registered phone card of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom at their options.

可办理国际学生电话卡业务的营业厅有：

Business hall that international students can register phone cards are as follows:

中国移动营业厅，位于新都区桂湖东路279号；

China Mobile, No. 279 East Guihu Road, Xindu District, Chengdu

中国联通营业厅，位于新都区桂湖西路21-23号；

China Unicom, No. 21-23 West Guihu Road, Xindu District, Chengdu
