本报告全面记录了中加优财保险公司贯彻落实中国保监会《2024 年农业保险承保理赔专项治理整顿工作方案》要求的自查整改工作。源文本 20000 字左右，共分为三个部分。第一部分主要介绍中加优财保险有限公司基本情况；第二部分主要关于公司业务自查情况介绍；第三部分主要是对 2024 年度农业保险承保理赔业务档案进行系统性检查，并针对发现问题制定切实可行的整改方案。最终，通过此次专项治理，推动公司完善内控机制，提升农业保险业务规范化水平。
